Exchanges & Returns Policy

At Medical Fit wear, we want you to enjoy a smooth and stress-free shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a one-time exchange or return within 7 days of delivery.

Please note:

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days once the returned items are picked up and successfully pass our quality checks.

  • Embroidered, engraved, and personalized products are not eligible for exchange or return.

  • Sale/discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Prepaid Orders

  • For prepaid orders, a flat Rs.100 reverse shipment fee will be deducted for returns.

  • This deduction is applicable only to returns, not exchanges.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • For COD orders, refunds are issued as store credit in the form of a Medical Fitwear gift card, which will be sent to your registered email.

  • COD handling charges paid at the time of placing the order are non-refundable.

In-Store Purchases

  • Orders purchased directly at our store are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • In case of a size mismatch, we allow a one-time exchange.

How Exchanges Work

  • Your exchange order will be initiated once the original item is collected.

  • If reverse pickup is not available in your location, you may self-ship the product through a trusted courier service.

  • We will dispatch your replacement product after the returned item reaches our warehouse. (Warehouse address will be provided upon request.)

How Returns Work

  • Returned items will go through a quality check upon arrival.

  • Refunds are initiated within 5 business days of successful quality clearance.

  • If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, please self-ship the product to our warehouse. (Warehouse address will be provided upon request.)

We have 7 day replacement and exchange policy; if the replacement and exchange is accepted, the product will be delivered within 5 days
