This page outlines our shipping timelines, exchange and return procedures, and refund processing for orders placed on medicalfitwear.com.

1. Shipping Policy

Order Processing:
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase.

Standard Delivery:
Once dispatched, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Embroidered & Engraved Items:
Customized products require an additional 3–5 business days for production and dispatch.

Tracking Your Order:
A tracking link will be emailed or sent via WhatsApp as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Areas:
We ship to all pin codes across India using trusted courier partners.

2. Exchange & Return Policy

Exchange & Return Window:
You may request a one-time exchange or return within 7 days of delivery. Replacement items are delivered within 3–7 business days once the exchange request is approved.

Product Condition:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact. Products showing signs of use or damage cannot be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Embroidered or engraved products

  • Sale or clearance items

In-Store Purchases:
Items bought at our physical store cannot be returned or refunded. We offer a one-time size exchange for store purchases.

Exchange Process:

  1. We initiate your exchange after collecting the original item.

  2. If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you may self-ship the item to our warehouse (address provided upon request).

3. Refund Policy

Quality Inspection:
All returned items undergo a quality check upon arrival at our facility.

Refund Timeline:
Refunds are initiated immediately after items pass inspection and are picked up. Funds are credited within 2–5 business days to the original payment method or as store credit, as applicable.

Reverse Pickup:
We offer reverse pickup in most locations. If unavailable, you may self-ship the return.

Prepaid Orders

  • A flat ₹100 reverse shipment fee applies to returns (not exchanges).

  • Refunds for non-embroidered prepaid returns are processed as store credit only.

  • Store credit is delivered via a Medical Fitwear gift card sent to your registered email.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD refunds are issued as store credit via a Medical Fitwear gift card emailed to you.

  • COD handling charges paid at the time of order are non-refundable.
